One spoon mixed into hot rice with a drizzle of ghee — and you are home, wherever you are. Our podis are slow-roasted in heavy iron kadais until the lentils reach a deep, nutty mahogany. Then ground coarse, the Thanjavur way — thari-thari — so that every bite carries texture and memory, not just powder.

The same chilies we use in our daily meals. The same solid hing (Paal Perungayam). The same sun-dried curry leaves. There is no separation between what we cook and what we bottle.
